Obituary - Popular veteran teacher Mr Clifford Aranha of ADIS ABU DHABI dies at school

My sincere prayers to the departed soul of Mr Clifford Aranha. He was loved and respected by all. During the recent CBSE Xth examinations, I had a chance to meet him in person and while talking to him, I passed on to him my son's admiration for him and his style. I told him Sir, my son Suraj is a big fan of yours and every day he comes back and talk about you, your jokes and experiences. With a smile he returned to me showing hundreds of children getting ready to the exam hall that your son is one amongst the several others. They are our future, so we have to take them along in the right way. Sir, I envy those who had the opportunity to interact more with you in life to gain valuable knowledge shared by you as you treaded each day of your life.
The embalming ceremony will be held at the Central Hospital Abu Dhabi on Sunday, 14th June 2009 at 5:00 pm.

Sincere pranams,
Ramesh Menon
